6. Location Data & Vaccination Records

Location Data

Scrubby uses location data to connect you with nearby pet care providers and enable mobile services. You can control location permissions in your device settings. Disabling location services may limit some features but won't prevent you from booking services at specific addresses.

Vaccination Records

We securely store your pet's vaccination records and share them only with providers you book through our platform. This eliminates the need to repeatedly provide vaccination proof and ensures your pet receives appropriate care. You can delete these records at any time.

7. Children's Privacy

Scrubby is not intended for children under 13 years old. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us immediately at privacy@globalnexus.llc.

8. International Users

Scrubby operates in the United States and Canada. If you're using our service from outside these countries, your information may be transferred to and processed in the US and Canada, which may have different privacy laws than your country.
