Welcome to Scrubby! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Scrubby mobile application and related services provided by Global Nexus Enterprises LLC ("we," "our," or "us"). By using Scrubby, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using the Scrubby app, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

You must be at least 18 years old to use Scrubby. If you are under 18, you may only use our services with the involvement and consent of a parent or guardian.

2. Description of Service

Scrubby is a technology platform that connects pet owners with independent pet care service providers, including groomers, veterinarians, and other pet care professionals. We provide:

• A platform for discovering and booking pet care services
• Secure payment processing
• Vaccination record storage and sharing
• Communication tools between users and providers
• Rating and review systems

3. User Accounts

Account Creation

To use Scrubby, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Ensuring your account information remains current and accurate

Account Restrictions

You may not:

• Create multiple accounts for the same person or pet
• Share your account with others
• Use another person's account
• Create accounts using false or misleading information

4. Booking and Payment Terms

Booking Services

• All bookings are subject to provider availability and acceptance
• Prices are set by individual service providers
• Booking confirmations are sent when providers accept your request
• You may cancel bookings according to the provider's cancellation policy

Payment Processing

• Payments are processed securely through Stripe
• You authorize us to charge your selected payment method
• Providers are paid directly after service completion
• Scrubby retains a 10% commission on completed bookings
• All prices include applicable taxes and fees

Cancellations and Refunds

• Cancellation policies vary by provider and are displayed during booking
• Refunds are processed according to the provider's policy
• Emergency cancellations may be subject to different terms
• Scrubby service fees are generally non-refundable

5. Pet Care Provider Terms

Independent Contractors

All pet care providers on Scrubby are independent contractors, not employees of Global Nexus Enterprises LLC. Providers are responsible for:

• Maintaining appropriate licenses and certifications
• Providing quality services according to professional standards
• Maintaining their own insurance coverage
• Setting their own schedules and pricing
• Complying with local laws and regulations

Provider Verification

While we conduct background checks and verify licenses where applicable, we cannot guarantee the quality of services or the accuracy of all provider information. Users should exercise their own judgment when selecting providers.

6. User Responsibilities

Pet Information

You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate information about your pet's health, behavior, and needs
• Ensuring vaccination records are current and accurate
• Disclosing any special conditions or behavioral issues
• Ensuring your pet is suitable for the requested services

Service Interactions

• Be present for in-home services or provide clear access instructions
• Treat service providers with respect and professionalism
• Follow provider instructions regarding service preparation
• Provide a safe environment for service providers to work

7. Prohibited Uses

You may not use Scrubby to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Harass, threaten, or discriminate against other users
• Provide false or misleading information
• Attempt to circumvent our payment systems
• Use the platform for any commercial purpose other than booking pet care
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Introduce viruses, malware, or other harmful code
• Contact providers outside our platform to avoid fees

8. Vaccination Records

Scrubby provides vaccination record storage and sharing services. By using this feature:

• You grant us permission to store and share vaccination records with your chosen providers
• You represent that you have the right to share these records
• You understand that providers may rely on these records for service decisions
• You agree to keep records current and notify us of any changes

9. Reviews and Ratings

Our review system allows users to rate and review service providers. By submitting reviews:

• You agree your review is based on actual service experience
• You will not submit false, misleading, or defamatory content
• You grant us the right to display your review publicly
• You understand we may remove inappropriate content

10. Intellectual Property

The Scrubby app, including its design, functionality, and content, is owned by Global Nexus Enterprises LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute our software or content
• Use our trademarks or branding without permission
• Create derivative works based on our platform
• Remove or alter any copyright notices

11. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and protection of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

12. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

Service Disclaimers

Scrubby is provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim all warranties, including:

• The quality, safety, or legality of services provided by third-party providers
• The accuracy of provider information or reviews
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation of our platform
• Security of data transmission over the internet

Limitation of Liability

Global Nexus Enterprises LLC's liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. We are not liable for:

• Direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Damages resulting from third-party provider services
• Issues arising from pet health or behavior during services

In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid for services through our platform in the 12 months preceding the claim.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Global Nexus Enterprises LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the Scrubby platform
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your pet's behavior or health issues during services
• Disputes between you and service providers

14. Dispute Resolution

Internal Resolution

We encourage users to contact us first to resolve any disputes. We will work in good faith to address your concerns promptly.

Arbitration Agreement

For disputes that cannot be resolved internally, you agree to binding arbitration rather than court litigation, except for small claims court matters under $10,000.

Class Action Waiver

You waive your right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration against Global Nexus Enterprises LLC.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Global Nexus Enterprises LLC is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles.

16. Termination

Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting customer support or using in-app settings.

Termination by Us

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these Terms or our policies
• Engage in fraudulent or illegal activity
• Cause harm to other users or our platform
• Repeatedly cancel bookings or dispute charges

Effect of Termination

Upon termination:

• Your access to Scrubby will be immediately revoked
• Outstanding bookings may be canceled
• Certain provisions of these Terms will survive termination

17. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by:

• Posting updated Terms in the app with a new effective date
• Sending push notifications for significant changes
• Requiring acceptance for major modifications

Your continued use of Scrubby after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

18. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

19. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Global Nexus Enterprises LLC regarding your use of Scrubby.
